CNC PROGRAMMER/MACHINIST

·        Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

·        Prepare CNC programming with CAD/CAM software for machines such as laser cutting machines, punching and panel bending machines

·        Monitoring CNC programs and ensure accuracy of all instructions through comparison with drawing and design

·        To inspect fabrication parts during & after fabrication

·        Capable to use common measuring equipment

·        Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure proper functioning.

·        Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

·        Collaborate with team members to ensure that production goals and deadlines are met.

·        Adjust machine settings and tool paths based on feedback and quality control checks.

·        Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
