CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator

We are looking for a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our CNC team. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team working on a wide variety of machined parts.

Our machines include 3- and 4-axis XYZ with Siemens control.

Role Responsibilities:

• Offline programming using CAM software and on-machine programming.
• Set up and operation of CNC machines for efficient small batch runs;
• Measuring machined parts and adjusting the machine offsets to ensure the accuracy of finished components;
• Monitoring part quality during production runs; and
• Keeping the machine and the section clean and tidy.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experienced at programming, setting and adjusting CNC machines
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and dimensional tolerances
• Good communication with team members and management
• Meticulous approach to accuracy and quality
• Knowledge of SolidWorks and CAMWorks is an advantage
