CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator

• Independently set up, program adjustments, and operate Haas CNC machining centers.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and work-holding devices required for production.
• Perform machine offsets, tooling changes, and process adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision inspection equipment.
• Conduct first-off, in-process, and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections to improve efficiency and part quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
