CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC Milling machines to produce precision parts and components. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Program CNC Milling machines
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to customers specifications
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize machining processes
• Maintain documentation of machine settings and programming changes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
• Proficiency in milling
• skills for calculations and measurements
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings .
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
