CNC Router Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a router to cut wood parts for applications in furniture manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC router machines to cut parts into straight-cut dimensions and pattern cuts.
• Follows patterns with non-stop cutting of CNC router blade.
• Reads instruction and production sheets to complete daily production goals.
• Responsible for routine maintenance and upkeep of the router.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues with CNC machinery and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety standards in production environments, ensuring proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine settings, and quality inspections for documentation purposes.
• Performs other duties as required by supervisor.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC routers, milling machines, lathes, or similar equipment within a manufacturing or factory setting.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
