CNC Router Programmer - ArtCAM Software

CTF Consoles is a Dubai-based manufacturer of technical furniture and control room consoles. We have 1 opening for this role in our production workshop in Dubai.

Job Purpose

Generate and optimise CNC router programs for compact HPL panels and furniture components using ArtCAM, ensuring dimensional accuracy and efficient material utilisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare CNC routing programs in ArtCAM based on approved CAD drawings.
• Import and process DXF/DWG files and generate appropriate toolpaths.
• Program profiles, pockets, slots, cut-outs, drilling operations and engraving where required.
• Select suitable tools, feeds, speeds, cutting depths and machining strategies.
• Optimise nesting layouts to minimise material wastage.
• Verify toolpaths and machining sequences before production.
• Coordinate with carpentry and assembly teams to resolve machining and fitment issues.
• Maintain CNC program files, revision records and machining documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3–4 years of CNC router programming experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing or HPL processing.
• Proficiency in ArtCAM and CNC toolpath generation.
• Knowledge of compact HPL machining, routing tools and cutting parameters.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and dimensional tolerances.
• Familiarity with CNC router setup, tool selection and machine operation.

General Requirements

• Relevant hands-on experience in manufacturing, fabrication or workshop operations.
• Ability to follow technical drawings, work instructions and role-specific quality standards.
• Strong focus on workmanship, productivity, safety and material handling.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, assembly, finishing and quality-control teams.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing workshop environment in Dubai, UAE.
• Relevant trade qualifications and experience in technical furniture or console manufacturing are an advantage.
• Prefer candidates available for immediate transfer.

Salary: AED 2,200 - 3,000 per month

Candidates may be asked to complete a practical assessment as part of the selection process.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
