CNC Senior Supervisor

Senior CNC supervisor directly supervises and coordinates the activities of production and operating workers, such as inspectors, precision workers, machine setters and operators, assemblers, fabricators, and plant and system operators. They also enforce safety and sanitation regulations

• Developing and implementing production schedules to meet targets and

customer demands.

• Supervising and monitoring production operators, providing guidance, training,

and support.

• Tracking and analyzing production performance metrics to identify areas for

improvement.

• Identifying opportunities to improve production processes and workflows.

• Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications.

• Promoting a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and

procedures.

• Managing the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and

materials.

• Communicating with all machining, production and assembly employees, as well as with the Operation Manager, and Engineering department

• Must adhere to 5S standards and may need to cross-train in other areas as needed

• Perform any other task that may be assigned

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma in bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field is often preferred
• 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is required

Minimum Previous Experience:

· Detail-oriented, knowledge of shop math, machining, computers, communication, quality, safety, and team/independent working.

• In-depth knowledge of CNC machining and programming
• Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
• Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM and trouble-shooting experience
• A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication abilities

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
