CNC Setter/Operator

We are seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join a well-established production workshop based in Riccarton, Christchurch.
This is a hands-on role within a supportive and close-knit team, offering a great mix of CNC machining, manual machining, and general production work. If you enjoy variety in your day and take pride in producing quality components, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery while also supporting wider workshop operations. The role includes:

• Setting and operating CNC machines
• Setting and operating a manual lathe
• Producing quality components to specification
• Fitting and assembly work
• General production and workshop duties
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
• Working closely with a supportive production team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator
• Ability to independently set up and run a CNC machine
• Experience operating manual lathes is a bonus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Fitting and assembly experience highly regarded
• Reliable, motivated, and team-focused attitude
• Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety
