CNC Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing daily benchwork operations, ensuring that assembly, fitting, finishing, deburring, polishing, inspection; and related manual production activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. This role supervises benchwork personnel, coordinates workflow, monitors productivity, and works closely with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to achieve manufacturing objectives.

1. Supervise CNC programmers and support machining teams.
2. Develop, review, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines.
3. Ensure programs meet quality, productivity, and safety standards.
4. Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality departments.
5. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues .
6. Standardize programming practices and maintain program documentation.
7. Train and mentor CNC programmers and machine-operators.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plastics Engineering or equivalent experience is desired.

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
