What they need
- Manage and supervise CNC machining operations, including machine setup, programming, and process optimization.
- Provide technical support in CNC programming, tooling selection, and machining troubleshooting.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and machining requirements.
- Develop and improve CNC machining processes to increase productivity and reduce defects.
- Monitor machine performance, cycle time, production efficiency, and equipment utilization.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Engineering, and Maintenance departments.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for machining issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, 5S, ISO 9001, and applicable IATF 16949 requirements.
- Train and develop CNC technicians, programmers, operators, and production leaders.
- Prepare technical reports and recommend improvements to management.
