About the role
This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines to ensure smooth operation and quality output.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure that the machine is properly set-up during change model and new model
- Ensure that the machine will run smoothly with no defect after machine set-up and change model
- Participates in projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs
- Understands and interprets defects and takes appropriate action when required
- Use and read measuring equipment as required includes micrometer, calipers and gauges and etc.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Mechanical Technology or any Engineering-related course
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in CNC Machining
- Skilled in CNC machine operation and set-up
- Strong understanding of machining processes and manufacturing standards
