CNC Technician / Operator

We’re currently looking for CNC Technician / Operator to join us, supporting our precision optical manufacturing operations.

📌 Position: CNC Technician / Operator
📍 Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
🏭 Industry: Manufacturing / Optics & Photonics
💼 Employment: Full-time

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Operate and set up CNC grinding, polishing and other optical production machines
• Perform precision measurements and in-process inspections
• Carry out machine troubleshooting, tooling maintenance and preventive maintenance
• Support optical manufacturing processes while maintaining 6S and safety standards

👀 What we’re looking for:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related Engineering discipline OR at least 2 years of CNC experience
• Experience with CNC grinding and polishing machines is preferred
• Familiar with precision measurement equipment such as profilometers / Form Talysurf is a plus
• Basic English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data collection
• Willing to work rotating shifts:
  🕖 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  🕒 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  🌙 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Able to work alternate Saturdays

💰 Salary & job title will be considered based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience and background.
