What they need
WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in jewelry CNC/faceting machines; trade qualification preferred.
- ITI / Vocational qualification in CNC Machining, Precision Machining, or a related technical field preferred.
- Operate True Turn/Posalux machines for precision diamond cutting and faceting.
- Set up and align mandrels, collets, and cutting tools accurately.
- Inspect diamond tools for damage, chipping, and proper alignment.
- Control machine speed, cutting depth, and coolant during production.
- Maintain high-quality finishing with minimum gold wastage/scrap.
