Your impact

• Program, set up, and operate CNC cutter grinders to deliver tools exactly to spec.
• Decode blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to define machining steps.
• Continuously monitor operations; refine parameters and make on-the-fly adjustments to protect quality.
• Execute routine machine care—cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn parts—to ensure uptime.
• Confirm conformance with precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, and related gauges.
• Partner with the team to troubleshoot root causes and implement fixes.
• Model safety-first behaviors and maintain an uncluttered, organized workspace.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining certification or technical training is advantageous.
• Direct experience operating CNC cutter grinding machines.
• Strong grasp of CNC programming fundamentals and machine operation.
• Confidence interpreting technical documentation and blueprints.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Detail-driven mindset with a passion for quality workmanship.
• Ability to contribute independently and within a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Analytical, proactive problem-solving approach.
