JOB Description:
- Operating CNC turning, milling, or machining centers
- Loading and unloading work pieces
- Setting machine parameters and tools
- Reading engineering drawings and measuring components
- Inspecting finished parts using measuring instruments
- Performing basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Following safety and quality procedures
Machine Setup
- Understanding machine components
- Loading/unloading tools and work pieces
- Zero setting and referencing
2. Operating CNC Milling Machine
- Reading and interpreting G-code
- Running basic programs
- Monitoring machine operation
3. Tooling and Fixtures
- Tool selection and management
- Proper clamping techniques
- Fixture design basics
4. Quality Control
- Basic measurement tools (Vernier, micrometer, etc.)
- Tolerance and surface finish checks
- First piece inspection procedure
5. Preventive Maintenance
- Daily machine checks
- Lubrication, cleaning, and troubleshooting basics
