CNC Turning Operator cum Programmer

to sets up, programs, and runs computer numerical control lathe machines to make precision metal or plastic parts. They read blueprints, write and edit G-code/M-code programs, load raw materials, set tool offsets, and inspect finished components to meet strict quality and safety rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Programming: Write, test, and optimize G-code and M-code programs for CNC turning centers based on blueprints and CAD/CAM drawings.
• Machine Setup: Select proper cutting tools, set up work holding chucks, establish tool offsets, and define work coordinate systems.
• Operation: Load raw bars or blanks into the lathe, run test cycles, and manage production runs safely.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Technical Knowledge: Strong command of Mitsubishi controller panels.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read technical engineering drawings, dimensions, and GD&T symbols.
• Math & Measurement: Good calculation skills for speeds, feeds, offsets, and precise dimensional verification.
• Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machinist, or Tool & Die making.
• Experience: Typically requires 2 to 7 years of hands-on shop floor experience combining both turning operations and programming

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
