CNC Turret Machine Operator

About the role

Responsible for operating and setting up CNC turret punching machines to produce metal parts according to approved drawings, specifications, and production requirements. Ensures accurate dimensions, proper machine operation, product quality, and compliance with safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC turret punching machines for metal sheet fabrication.
• Set up machines, tools, punches, dies, and materials according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Load and position metal sheets properly on the machine.
• Input, verify, and adjust CNC programs and machine parameters as required.
• Monitor machine operation and production output to ensure accurate and consistent results.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspection of finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers and measuring tapes.
• Identify and report machine problems, material defects, and quality issues to the supervisor.
• Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and finished products.

About you

• At least High School/Senior High School Graduate
• At least 1 year of experience in CNC machine operation, preferably CNC turret punching machine
• CNC Machine Operation and Basic Programming training
• Able to operate and set up CNC turret punching machines
• Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills
• Quality-conscious and detail-oriented
• Safety-conscious and able to follow standard operating procedures
• Willing to work overtime and shifting schedules
