We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented CNC Waterjet Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality parts and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Summary

Operate and maintain our Flow CNC Waterjet Cutting System while producing precision components from a variety of materials including:

• Carbon Steel
• Stainless Steel
• Aluminum
• Plastics
• Composite Materials
• Tooling Materials

This position requires someone who is safety-minded, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a Flow CNC Waterjet
• Set up jobs according to blueprints and work instructions
• Verify material type and thickness before processing
• Load and unload material using overhead cranes and forklifts
• Monitor cut quality and make necessary adjustments
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Maintain garnet levels, water quality, and machine consumables
• Complete routine preventive maintenance and daily inspections
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to meet customer expectations

Qualifications

• Solid Works experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience operating CNC lasers, plasma tables, routers, machining centers, or mills is highly desirable
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints
• Experience using calipers and other precision measuring equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubles hooting skills
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule

Monday–Friday

Typical Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM (Day shift), 3:00 PM-11:45 (Night shift)

Overtime may be available based on customer demand and workload.
