We are seeking an experienced CNC Wood Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at Suarga Sustainable Boutique Resort in Pasuruan, East Java. As a key member of our Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik department, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality wooden products that are central to our sustainable hospitality offerings.

Key responsibilities

1. Operate and maintain CNC wood machines to manufacture a variety of wooden products according to design specifications
2. Set up and program CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
3. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to maintain optimal working condition
4. Collaborate with the design team to understand product requirements and provide feedback on feasibility
5. Monitor production processes and quality control measures to identify and resolve any issues
6. Maintain detailed production records and reports
7. Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a CNC Wood Machine Operator in the Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik industry
2. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
3. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in operating various CNC wood machines
4. Proven experience working in the wood industry
5. Proficient in reading technical drawings and interpreting product specifications
6. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve production-related issues
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
9. Good communication skills to liaise with the design and production teams
