CNC/Twin Saw Operator

About the role

You will play a key role in producing high-quality windows and doors, operating Twin Saw and CNC machinery to deliver precision-cut components at our Palmerston North factory.

Key responsibilities

• Operating and overseeing Twin Saw and CNC machinery to produce precision components
• Reading and interpreting production drawings and specifications
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet production deadlines
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Undertaking routine machinery maintenance
• Installing hardware
• Maintaining quality control and safe work practices

About you

• Experience in aluminium joinery, CNC, or Twin Saw operations is a strong advantage
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work effectively in a team
• Practical, hands-on, and eager to learn
• Strong problem-solver with good attention to detail
• Safety-conscious and quality-focused
