Company is a global company that manufactures plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical and
healthcare industry. The Kundli plant produces plastic bottles, vials, caps, and closures used by leading
pharmaceutical companies.

Qualification and Experience

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma
• Experience: 5-6 years
• Skills: Good communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of programming and operating the “CNC – Lathe Machine”.
• Required Experience: Machining of mold parts (Cavity, Core, Neck Piece, Guide Pillar, Guide Bush, Core Rods) planned for CNC Lathe Machine as per requirement.

Responsibilities

• Operate VMC Milling and CNC Lathe Machine.
• Adhere to timelines for JOB completion.
• Run Conventional Machines (ONLY Basic Knowledge required for VMC Or CNC job Clamping - Pre-machining).
• Data entry for daily work and update in the system.
• Data entry of incoming and outgoing raw materials for molds and related parts for molds & machines.
• Adhere to work safety and maintain ‘5s’ in the toolroom.

Candidate Profile

• Sufficient knowledge of Steels (Stavax, Alumec, Berilium Copper, EN31, EN18) and Machining Accuracy.
• Sufficient knowledge of 2D Drawings for machining mold parts: Injection Molds / Extrusion Blow Molds / Injection Blow Mold / Injection Stretch Blow Molds.
• Deep knowledge to operate VMC and CNC Lathe.
• Experience & Knowledge in machining of: Injection Molds / Extrusion Blow Molds / Injection Blow Mold / Injection Stretch Blow Molds and their parts such as Injection Cavity, Blow Cavity, Guide Bush, Guide Pillar, Neck Parts, Core Rods, Back Plates.
• Responsible for maintaining records related to daily jobs on register or in the computer before leaving the shift.
