GardenSewa is looking for a Co-Founder to build Nepal’s leading gardening services marketplace.

GardenSewa is a  gardening services aggregator  connecting customers with professional gardeners, landscapers, nursery providers, and gardening service professionals. Our mission is to bring  plants, people, and nature together  by making professional gardening services accessible, reliable, and easy to book across Nepal.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an  entrepreneurial Co-Founder  who is ready to take ownership of GardenSewa's growth and lead the startup toward becoming a  nationwide gardening and landscaping services platform .

This is not a traditional employment opportunity. We are looking for someone who wants to  build, invest, lead, and grow the company as a founding partner.

Key Responsibilities

As Co-Founder, you will:

• Lead the overall business and growth strategy for GardenSewa
• Develop and execute the  nationwide expansion strategy across Nepal
• Build and manage a strong network of gardeners, landscapers, nurseries, and service providers
• Acquire and retain customers through partnerships, digital marketing, and local business development
• Develop pricing, service packages, partnerships, and revenue models
• Build relationships with nurseries, property managers, hotels, offices, housing communities, and institutions
• Establish operational processes to ensure consistent service quality
• Lead local teams and regional operations as GardenSewa expands
• Monitor business performance, revenue, customer satisfaction, and growth metrics
• Represent GardenSewa with investors, partners, customers, and strategic organizations
• Help shape the product, technology, marketplace, and long-term vision of the company

• Strong in  business development, sales, operations, or marketing
• Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
• Excellent at networking and building partnerships

• Interested in building GardenSewa into a  national brand
• Willing and financially capable of making a meaningful investment in the startup

Investment & Equity

The Co-Founder will be expected to make a  meaningful financial investment  in GardenSewa.

The exact  investment amount, equity share, roles, responsibilities, and founder terms  will be discussed and mutually agreed based on the candidate's experience, contribution, commitment, and investment capacity.

This opportunity is intended for someone who wants to  own a meaningful part of the business and participate in its long-term success.
