Ruh Al-Fann

Ruh Al Fann
is a sustainable luxury fashion house, blending timeless craftsmanship with contemporary design. We create premium, ethically crafted collections that honor heritage while embracing innovation, responsible sourcing, and lasting quality.
We're looking for a serious, hands-on Co-Founder to help launch Ruh Al Fann in Abu Dhabi: someone who thinks like an operator, not just an investor. You understand the full 360° of building a startup (brand, product, operations, finance, and go-to-market) and bring the network, influence, and capital to move fast.
Your Role

Shape the company's global vision and growth strategy end-to-end

Lead the Abu Dhabi launch, partnerships, fundraising, and international expansion

Open doors with luxury retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders across the UAE and GCC through your own network

Bring capital and/or investor access to accelerate early growth

Help establish Ruh Al Fann as a leading sustainable luxury fashion brand

Who We're Looking For

A high-net-worth individual or someone with direct access to serious capital

Strong personal network and influence within luxury, retail, or GCC business circles

Proven experience building or scaling a business, with a true 360° founder mindset across strategy, operations, and execution

Entrepreneurial, decisive, and genuinely passionate about sustainability

Able to be present in the UAE during the launch phase

Committed for the long haul: this is a build-together partnership, not a short-term role or advisory seat

Why Ruh Al Fann?
Consumers are increasingly choosing brands that combine luxury, authenticity, and sustainability. Ruh Al Fann is redefining modern luxury through ethical craftsmanship, responsible innovation, and timeless design. With the UAE's growing luxury market and Abu Dhabi's support for startups, we're launching at the right moment, and we're looking for a partner with the influence and capital to take it global.
