Duties

• Greet guests warmly, providing excellent guest services and ensuring they feel valued and comfortable
• Assist with serving food and beverages, maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism
• Manage guest inquiries via phone, demonstrating polished phone etiquette and clear communication skills
• Support the coordination of events or activities, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction
• Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the venue
• Handle customer concerns promptly, resolving issues with a positive attitude to enhance overall guest experience

Experience

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, showcasing familiarity with hospitality operations
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Experience using POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
• Background in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in guest-focused settings
• Knowledge of serving techniques, food service procedures, and restaurant operations is beneficial
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
