Job Description

NOVAIR Residence is looking for an experienced Co-Host / Reservations Coordinator to manage reservations and guest communication across our short-term rental and serviced-apartment portfolio.

The candidate should have previous experience with Airbnb, short-term rentals, serviced apartments, or hotel reservations. Hostaway experience is highly preferred.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage reservations through Hostaway, Airbnb and other booking platforms.
• Handle guest inquiries and messages professionally and promptly.
• Manage booking modifications, extensions, cancellations and special requests.
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Monitor upcoming arrivals and departures.
• Coordinate daily with housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and operations.
• Follow up on guest complaints and operational issues until resolved.
• Monitor calendars and availability to avoid reservation conflicts.
• Ensure no guest message or request is missed.
• Maintain accurate reservation and guest information.
• Assist with reviews and post-stay communication.
• Maintain proper shift handovers and follow-up.

Requirements

• Experience in Airbnb / short-term rentals / serviced apartments / hotel reservations.
• Hostaway experience strongly preferred.
• Experience handling multiple properties simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong guest communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Comfortable with PMS systems, booking platforms, WhatsApp and online tools.
• Must currently be in Qatar.
• Immediate joining preferred.

Accommodation is not provided for male candidates.

Full-time permanent position. No agencies. Candidates outside Qatar will not be considered.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
