CoHost Ltd. is a global short‑term rental management company specializing in co‑listing services on platforms like Airbnb. We partner with property owners to maximize visibility, increase bookings, and deliver 5‑star guest experiences. Our Co‑Listing Agents are at the heart of our growth.

Candidate Profile

We welcome applicants from all walks of life — freelancers, business owners, self‑employed professionals, or individuals already employed who want to build an additional income stream.

Who We Look For

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with Airbnb or the short‑term rental market
• Active and verified Airbnb account
• Residing in one of our approved target markets: Europe: Austria, France, Italy, Switzerland | North America: Canada, Mexico, United States | Caribbean: Barbados, St. Barths, Turks and Caicos | Central America: Costa Rica
• Strong attention to detail
• Great communicator and problem solver
• Self‑motivated and reliable
• Access to a laptop, stable internet, and good time management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize Airbnb listings
• Write professional titles, descriptions, and highlight amenities
• Manage calendars and update availability
• Handle guest communication and inquiries
• Drive performance and maximize bookings

Note: Agents are not responsible for on‑site property tasks such as cleaning, check‑ins, key exchanges, maintenance, or repairs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid with a fixed monthly base salary plus 2% commission on completed bookings
