At Laurel Hill Center, we believe that recovery is possible, strengths matter, and every individual deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful and self-directed life. For more than 50 years, we have been helping adults in Lane County overcome barriers, build skills, and achieve greater independence through innovative behavioral health and rehabilitation services.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Co-Occurring Program Coordinator to lead our outpatient Substance Use Disorder Program. This role is ideal for a seasoned CADC II or higher professional who enjoys direct clinical work while also mentoring staff, shaping program quality, and helping individuals navigate both mental health and substance use recovery.
If you are passionate about evidence-based treatment, clinical excellence, and supporting people on their recovery journey, we would love to hear from you.

As the Co-Occurring Program Coordinator, you will serve as both a clinician and program leader. You'll maintain a reduced caseload while providing supervision, guidance, and oversight for program staff.

Provide clinical supervision to CADC I and Certified Recovery Mentor staff.
Ensure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules, documentation standards, and ethical practice requirements.
