Qualifications: Graduate

Experience: 2 years’ experience in Computer Training & Co-ordination

Job Responsibilities

· Counsel students at centres and suggest appropriate courses based on their background.

· Handle documentation work related to student admission forms.

· Fill out student admission forms, upload them online, and collect required documents.

· Collect and prepare student data with the help of MIS.

· Teach basic computer skills on both online and offline platforms.

· Manage and conduct online examinations.

· Guide coordinators at remote centers regarding registration and reporting processes.

· Be prepared to work at different VTM locations (Kanjurmarg, Sanpada, Kurla, etc.).

· Prepare subject-wise approval letters as directed by Mr.(Secretory) and HOD

· Maintain all center data, including NSDC center registration, candidate registration, batch formation, trainer registration, certification process, and placement process.

· Check NSDC emails regularly and respond appropriately.

· Coordinate with newly enrolling centres for their registration process and collect all required documents.

Work Details

· Reporting Location: Dadar

· Training: VTM Kanjurmarg H.O

· Working Hours: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm

· Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

· Weekly Off: All Sundays

· Holidays: Public holidays as declared by the organization & 12 Leave’s per year

· Travel Reimbursement: At actual/ Including in the salary
