Hiring: Wedding Choreography Coordinator

Dance Team by Vickky is looking for a responsible and well-spoken Coordinator to manage and coordinate with our wedding choreography clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients regarding their wedding choreography requirements
• Manage communication between clients and choreographers
• Schedule and coordinate practice sessions
• Follow up with clients regarding songs, performances and schedules
• Keep track of session updates and client requirements
• Ensure smooth coordination throughout the choreography process
• Handle WhatsApp messages and calls professionally
• Resolve basic client queries and share updates with the team

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable speaking in Hindi & English
• Responsible, organized and punctual
• Good at handling clients professionally
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and scheduling
• Experience in wedding/events coordination or client handling will be preferred
