Coach

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coach to join REBOOT Mount Maunganui & Papamoa on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within our community whilst working in the vibrant coastal location of the Bay of Plenty. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in developing members' skills, building confidence, and fostering a love for group fitness. Your contribution will be instrumental in creating a positive and inclusive training environment..

What you'll be doing

• Delivering engaging training sessions within a group environment

• Providing constructive feedback and technical instruction to help members improve their performance

• Assessing members' progress and adapting coaching strategies to maximise improvement

• Maintaining a safe, inclusive and motivating training environment that promotes both athletic and personal growth

• Contributing to team events, competitions and other activities as required

What we're looking for

• Relevant coaching qualifications or certification within the fitness industry (minimum level 4)

• Demonstrated experience in coaching member, particularly in a group setting

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire members of varying abilities

• A genuine passion for group training and wellbeing

• A coach that is all about the team

• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing schedules as required for a part-time role. You will need to be available on a Monday to Sunday basis.
