Job Responsibilities:

As an Iron Bodyfit Coach, you will:

• Deliver top-quality EMS coaching to members, ensuring a positive and results-driven experience.
• Conduct easy and natural sales presentations both over the phone and in-person to convert leads into memberships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction.
• Manage the studio’s schedule to ensure smooth operations and availability for clients.
• Ensure the studio is always clean, organized, and ready to provide a welcoming environment for clients.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the studio by meeting sales targets and membership renewals, while helping clients achieve their fitness goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• People-oriented team player with strong customer service skills and a passion for helping clients succeed.
• Experience in fitness coaching, personal training, or group fitness is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable presenting over the phone and in-person to promote our services and membership packages – sales training will be provided.
• Ability to meet and exceed targets, multitask, and solve problems efficiently and with a positive client-centric attitude.
• Proficient with computers and social media, and able to use technology to engage clients and manage studio operations.
• High degree of personal integrity and professionalism (punctuality, time management).

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or over and legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Must be fluent in English. A second language is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in group fitness or wellness coaching is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as needed.
