At OsteoStrong Melbourne Central, we’re helping people take a proactive approach to their health by getting stronger from the inside out. Our science-backed system is designed to support bone density, strength, balance, posture, and overall physical vitality—all in short, personalized sessions.

We’re looking for a Coach who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

This isn’t a typical gym job. You won’t be spending your day counting reps or writing workout programs. Instead, you’ll get to know our members, coach them through a unique system, educate them along the way, and be part of their progress and success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As an OsteoStrong Coach, you’ll be the person members see and interact with during their sessions. You’ll help create an environment where people feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to keep showing up.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Coaching members through their OsteoStrong sessions safely and effectively
• Teaching proper positioning, technique, and use of our specialized equipment
• Getting to know members and creating a welcoming, personalized experience
• Tracking progress and celebrating member milestones and improvements
• Answering questions and educating members about strength, bone health, balance, and wellness
• Helping members stay consistent and motivated with their goals
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional center
• Supporting the team with referrals, member retention, and community engagement

WHO YOU ARE:

You don’t have to be a personal trainer or fitness expert to succeed here. We can teach you the OsteoStrong system! What matters most is who you are and how you interact with people.

YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO:

• Genuinely enjoys helping and connecting with people
• Is passionate about health, wellness, strength, and longevity
• Is positive, energetic, confident, and professional
• Communicates clearly and makes people feel comfortable
• Is dependable and takes ownership of their responsibilities
• Is coachable, curious, and eager to learn
• Pays attention to detail and follows protocols carefully
• Can motivate and encourage people without being pushy
• Enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a positive environment

A background in fitness, exercise science, physical therapy/rehab, body mechanics, healthcare, customer service, or sales is a plus—but it is not required.
