· Identifying and supporting stalled, unallocated or higher-risk client work.
· Supporting consistent and effective coaching practice.
· Ensuring clear documentation standards and overseeing the quality of client records.
· Ensuring the visibility and management of preparation, coordination and other work undertaken between sessions.
About You
You will be an organised, emotionally intelligent and credible people leader and Coach who knows how to combine genuine support with clear expectations and accountability.
You will be comfortable making decisions, having difficult conversations and addressing issues early.
You will communicate clearly, explain the reasons for decisions and follow through on agreed actions.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
· Proven experience leading, supervising or developing people.
· Strong skills in client coaching and caseload / operational management.
· Experience setting expectations and providing constructive feedback.
· Strong planning, prioritisation and follow-through.
· Sound judgement and practical problem-solving ability.
· Experience implementing operational or practice changes.
· Strong written communication and documentation skills.
· Experience building relationships with clients, families, schools, workplaces, service providers or community organisations.

· A commitment to person-centred practice and meaningful client outcomes.
Experience in disability services, mental health, social services, education or employment support would be an advantage.
