• Maintain a supportive and unrestricted living environment.
• Model daily living skills such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, organization, adaptability, and time management
• Facilitate weekly suite meetings and build positive relationships with residents.
• Assist with transportation and daily routines as appropriate.
• Support social skill development and conflict resolution
• Respond appropriately to student concerns or crises and follow reporting procedures
• Collaborate with CoastalLIFE staff and attend required trainings
• Uphold university and program policies, professionalism, and confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Will be a full-time CCU student in the FA26 academic year
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
• Successful completion of a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications Good judgement, commitment, self-discipline, maturity, self-awareness, energy, knowledge of the campus and its resources, sensitivity to cultural diversity, and common sense.
