Coat Check Attendant

Job Overview
LevelTwo Nightclub is seeking a professional and welcoming Coat Check Attendant. As the first point of contact for our patrons, you will play a vital role in setting a positive and energetic tone for their evening. We are looking for an outgoing, upbeat candidate with excellent customer service skills.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival while scanning their ID's, processing tickets & ticket payment, and checking guest coats, bags, etc.
• Keep accurate records of checked items using designated systems or manual logs
• Retrieve coats efficiently upon guest departure, ensuring a smooth exit process
• Provide information about venue amenities or event details as needed
• Handle cash transactions accurately for coat check services (if applicable)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coat check area throughout shifts
• Assist with guest inquiries and provide friendly, professional guest services
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience

Skills

• Confident and positive customer service skills with a welcoming demeanour
• SIR an asset
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities to interact confidently with guests.
• Ability to handle cash handling and patron inventory responsibilities accurately
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or high-pressure situations
• Attention to detail for record keeping and organization of checked items

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 12.0 per week
