Duties

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing friendly and attentive service
• Manage coat check operations, accurately tagging and storing guest belongings
• Assist guests with inquiries about the venue, events, or services using clear communication
• Maintain organized coat check areas, ensuring quick retrieval and smooth flow of guest traffic
• Handle guest requests or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary with professionalism
• Use POS systems such as Micros POS to process any related transactions or tips
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing information

Experience

• Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
• Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
• Experience in hotel or event settings enhances your ability to manage guest expectations effectively
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous roles involving customer service or serving contribute to a friendly and professional demeanor
