Position: Coat Room Attendant

Position Type: Part time/ Seasonal - October through April

Job Description Responsible for managing the coat room area. Ensure members and guests coats and personal belongings are stored securely and returned promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in checking coats and persona; items, providing claim tickets for later pickup.
• Hang coats neatly using appropriate hangers and place them is designated as slots.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in coat room and surrounding area.
• Answer all questions and provide excellent customer service.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a professional appearance.

Work Environment

• You will be in a service-oriented role focused on secure, efficient, and courteous handling of patron’s coats and belongings, requiring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a busy environment setting.
• Hours will be varied depending on business need and scheduled events. Certain shifts will require 11am start time, and others may require a 4/5pm start time.
