Responsible for maintaining coating element tables, simple coating system design, and developing and revising coating process cards and operating instructions; conducting pre-reviews of daily coating production schedules and dispatches, and responsible for determining and signing product coating specifications; assisting in resolving production process issues, improving workshop efficiency, and reducing production costs; leading analysis and improvement of coating anomalies; and providing product coating specification testing methods and criteria. Assisting in new product development and coordinating with other departments on product development and improvement.

**Coating element table maintenance :**Product membrane system design/Preparation and revision of process cards/ Provide product coating index test methods and judgment standards

 Pre-qualification of production dispatch:Evaluate whether the product is trial plated/Coating process confirmation and thickness adjustment/ Evaluate and prepare the various production factors of the product

Production efficiency and cost improvement:Improve the efficiency of production links, shorten production hours, and increase the utilization rate of auxiliary materials/Improve the coating yield rate/Prevent and improve potential production risks

Analysis and improvement of coating abnormalities:Evaluate and analyze production anomalies to determine whether they can be remedied and whether they can be specifically identified by communicating with other departments./Processing and determination of abnormal products/Analyze and improve production anomalies, modify instructions

Responsible for product testing and indicator determination:Provide product coating index test methods and judgment standards/Determine and sign for product indicators

Technical confidentiality: Do not disclose the company's internal technology and keep special products confidential/Not communicating the company’s product types and technologies to external parties

Assist other departments:Assist other departments in product improvement/Assist the company in developing and improving new products/Assist sales in handling customer complaints

Bachelor degree or above; major in optics, physics, or materials science

Understand coating spectrometer testing; be familiar with TFC and other film design software, and use of conventional office software; be familiar with the basic structure and working principle of coating machines.
