Coating Operator-Production

Role & responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor tablet coating machines as per SOPs and batch requirements.
• Handle coating activities including solution preparation, spraying, and process monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and production documentation.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and other departments for smooth batch execution.
• Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance, and area housekeeping as per SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 1+ years of experience in OSD Pharmaceutical Production Coating.
• Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
• Candidates with experience in tablet coating operations will be preferred.
