Coating Technician (Photocatalytic)

The Nano223 Coating Technician is responsible for conducting on-site indoor air quality testing and applying advanced photocatalytic surface treatments across residential and commercial spaces. Using specialized air monitoring equipment and electrostatic sprayers, the technician ensures full, streak-free surface coverage to eradicate formaldehyde, hazardous VOCs, and microbial growth, providing clients with certified long-term air purification

Key Responsibilities

• Air Quality Diagnosis: Conduct before-and-after on-site testing using professional diagnostic meters to measure and record indoor formaldehyde and VOC levels. [1]
• Precision Coating Application: Operate specialized air-assisted or electrostatic mist sprayers to evenly apply Nano223 liquid solution onto diverse interior surfaces. These materials include wooden furniture, wall panels, fabrics, leather, plastics, and glass.
• Comprehensive Multi-Surface Safety: Ensure proper spray techniques, keeping spray tools at optimal distances to achieve seamless coverage without pooling or damaging client assets.
• Technical Client Consultation: Walk property owners or commercial site supervisors through the treatment process, explaining photocatalytic science simply and validating the final air stability metrics.
• Safety Protocols: Safely handle titanium dioxide solutions and consistently utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during deployment.

Requirement:

• At least 1 years of field experience in professional indoor disinfection, commercial spray painting, pest control execution, or detailed car interior misting. Prior exposure handling air testing gear is highly regarded.
• Proper handling / master with technical handheld tools, automated misting systems, and electronic sensor diagnostics application method.
• Highly systematic work ethic to completely map out indoor environments, ensuring zero dead spots or missed surface angles.
• High level of personal hygiene, neat presentation, and polite customer engagement for premium residential settings.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory to travel between scheduled project sites across the region

主要职责

• 空气质量诊断：使用专业诊断仪器进行现场前后对比测试，测量并记录室内甲醛和VOC水平。
• 精准涂层应用：操作专业的气动或静电喷雾器，将Nano223液体溶液均匀喷涂到各种室内表面，包括木制家具、墙板、织物、皮革、塑料和玻璃。
• 全面的多表面安全：确保正确的喷涂技术，保持喷涂工具与表面的最佳距离，以实现无缝覆盖，避免涂层积聚或损坏客户的物品。
• 技术客户咨询：向业主或商业场所主管讲解处理流程，用简明易懂的方式解释光催化原理，并验证最终的空气稳定性指标。
• 安全规程：安全操作二氧化钛溶液，并在施工过程中始终佩戴合适的个人防护装备 (PPE)。

要求：

• 至少一年专业室内消毒、商业喷漆、虫害控制或汽车内饰深度喷雾处理方面的现场经验。有空气检测设备操作经验者优先考虑。
• 熟练操作/精通手持式技术工具、自动喷雾系统和电子传感器诊断应用方法。
• 高度系统化的工作态度，能够全面勘察室内环境，确保无死角或遗漏表面。
• 注重个人卫生，仪容整洁，并能礼貌地与客户沟通，以适应高端住宅环境。
• 须精通普通话，英文和马来语以便沟通
• 必须持有有效驾照，以便在区域内各个项目地点之间往返。

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
