I evaluate then with real time scenario questions usually everyone in their experience will be facing that situations, more over I felt this guy is cheating somehow as I had to repeat the questions, and he is not facing the camera directly.

Below are some main questions you can ask .

• What kind of corporate actions you came across: Ans: Stock splits, spin off, stock dividend, redemption etc
• How your system interacts with interfaces (external clients) Ans: SFTP, MQ, Swift etc

We at Coforge are hiring a Sr. Cobol Developer with SAS with the following skillset:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems or comparable with 8+ years of experience

· Strong knowledge of TSO and Mainframe technology

· Experience with COBOL, CICS, SAS and MQ, Work Area Manager or Workload Assessment Module.

· Experience with AmTrust accounting system.

· Background in Wealth and Asset Management preferred.

· Knowledge of functional software design

· Knowledge of software development best practices

· Prior experience with knowledge of Git and GitHub

· Understanding of Software Development Methodologies

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Strong collaboration skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
