Cockpit Software Lead

该职位来源于猎聘 【岗位职责】 Responsible for understanding and documenting the cockpit system/software architecture across Android IVI and QNX Cluster in Automotive Cockpit solution. As a single technical SPOC for supplier discussions, analyze existing architecture and related domain functions/frameworks and ensure clear interface alignment, documentation completeness, architecture traceability, gap closure and smooth adaptation of cockpit software to OEM requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Understand cockpit architecture covering Android IVI apps, QNX cluster apps, middleware, SDKs, vehicle interfaces and HMI layers.
• Create concise architecture documentation: component diagrams, interface maps, data-flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, dependency matrix and adaptation notes.
• Analyze Android interfaces with Android SDK, Android Framework, Automotive Car APIs, VHAL, OEM middleware, diagnostics and system services.
• Analyze QNX cluster interfaces including HMI, business logic, IPC, graphics/display pipeline, tell-tales, warnings, ADAS visuals and diagnostics display.
• Identify OEM adaptations done for HMI behavior, vehicle signal mapping, regional features, configuration, branding, power modes and startup sequence.
• Act as OEM-side single SPOC for Tier-1 architecture/interface discussions.
• Track architecture gaps, risks, assumptions, open points and change impact. 【任职要求】 1. 10-12 years of experience in automotive software development; 3+ years in architecture design.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Core Languages: Kotlin/Java, C/C++, QML/Qt preferred, Figma.
• Deep knowledge of Android Automotive App development, Android 15+, AAOS, Android Frameworks, Car APIs, VHAL, Binder/AIDL, system/privileged apps, JNI, SOME-IP.
• Deep knowledge of QNX Cluster: system apps and service development, QNX RTOS concepts, C/C++, IPC, HMI/business logic, display pipeline and deterministic cluster behavior.
• Tools: Android Studio, QNX IDE, profilers, EA, Jira, Codebeamer/Polarion, CAN-Analyser, EOL tools, Figma, Office.
• Supplier SPOC: Tier-1 technical discussions, deliverable reviews, clarification management and action closure.
• Business level Chinese and English communication skills.
