For more than six decades, Ronnie Scott’s has been at the centre of London’s jazz scene. Famous worldwide, the club is where the great and the good of jazz - and its rising stars - meet the city’s most passionate audiences.

Founded in 1959 by saxophonists Ronnie Scott and Pete King, Ronnie's was the first UK club to host American jazz musicians regularly. From Miles Davis, Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald and Chet Baker to Jimi Hendrix, Prince, Anderson Paak, Jorja Smith and Raye, some of the world’s greatest artists have played on our stage.

With the recent opening of our ‘Upstairs at Ronnies’, We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic and experienced cocktail bartenders. Responsibilities:

• Provide high volume and professional cocktail service during a variety of live shows and private events
• Contribute to the creation and design of our House cocktail menu
• Build genuine relationships with our members and guests
• Ensure bars are opened and closed to standard every shift
• Monitor stock throughout shift, communicating with the rest of the bar team to ensure service remains efficient
• Identify and professionally manage responsible service of alcohol
• Close attention to detail with both drinks and cash handling

About you:

• Good time keeping
• Experience in high volume cocktail service
• Confident building professional relationships with our members and guests
• Good time management
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Happy working late nights in a live music environment
• Passion for live music and hospitality
