Cocktail Bartender

The Crescent is a well-established cocktail bar in the heart of Finnieston, known for great drinks, warm hospitality, stylish surroundings and a fantastic atmosphere. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time Cocktail Bartender to join our team.

The Role:

As a Cocktail Bartender, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality drinks and exceptional service while helping to maintain the standards that make The Crescent a favourite destination in Finnieston.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving classic and signature cocktails to a consistently high standard
• Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
• Assisting with stock control and daily bar preparation
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Building rapport with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth service throughout the venue

What We're Looking For:

• Previous cocktail bartending experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work confidently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• A team player with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
