Duties

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails and beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy and quality
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking supplies promptly
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest IDs to ensure legal compliance
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or serving in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
• Basic math skills for accurate measurement and cash handling procedures
• Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and teamwork dynamics
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods
