Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and process payments efficiently
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age laws and responsible serving practices
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods and uphold high standards of hospitality

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards applicable to beverage service is highly desirable
• Strong skills in bartending techniques, including mixing, shaking, pouring, and garnishing drinks
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and measuring ingredients
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service times
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in a lively environment

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
