Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and ingredients.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently to uphold health standards.
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining excellent time management during busy hours.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or serving within a hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, bartending techniques, and food safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills with an energetic and positive attitude.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for accurate cash handling and measurements.
• Demonstrated time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence.
• Must be at least 18 years old (or age required by local regulations) with proper certification if applicable.
