Who Are We

SIXTEEN ON THE HILL is a boutique cocktail bar in the heart of Penwortham, just outside Preston City Centre. We pride ourselves in offering a wide range of special cocktails that create memorable nights out and enable our creative team to broaden their knowledge and develop new skills in cocktail making.

Since launching we've created a name for ourselves by creating unique cocktails, perfectly presented in our beautiful bar on what has become a thriving high street full of food and drink outlets

What We’re Looking For

• An experienced cocktail /bartender to enable us to keep up with our busy service times and provide our customers with amazing memories.
• A team member with the ability and responsibility to step up and thrive throughout busy shifts.
• High standards in cleanliness, hygiene and service.
• We offer flexible shifts but need people with availability Friday to Sunday.
• Our ideal team member needs to be great with our customers and able to passionately talk about our products and services.
• Attention to detail and a desire to constantly develop
• Must be over 18

What We’re Offering

• A flexible role perfect for someone who wants part time hours with the opportunity to take on more responsibility in the absence of the owner, enabling the perfect candidate with the chance to learn more about how a venue runs.

• Flexible shifts with finishes no later than 01:00 on Fri & Sat.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 20.0 per week
