Join our friendly hospitality team as a Cocktail Bartender, bringing energy, enthusiasm and a passion for great drinks and excellent customer service. Working in a lively cocktail bar and coffee shop, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere, serve delicious drinks and ensure every customer has a great experience. From mixing classic cocktails to preparing quality coffees, this is a varied role for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, alcoholic drinks and other beverages to a high standard.
• Provide friendly, attentive and professional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome.
• Prepare and serve coffee and other hot drinks when required.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar and coffee shop area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures at all times.
• Check stock levels, restock fridges and bar supplies, and help maintain an organised workspace.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Serve alcohol responsibly and handle customer interactions in a professional manner.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working behind a bar, with a good knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong attention to detail, with pride in preparing and presenting high-quality drinks.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to stay calm and efficient during busy shifts.
• Barista or coffee-making experience would be an advantage, but a willingness to learn is just as important.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
