Cocktail Bartender - OGB Bar

Experienced Cocktail Bartender

O.G.B Christchurch

O.G.B is looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team.

We’re after a confident, skilled bartender who knows their way around a cocktail bar and can hit the ground running in a busy, high-energy venue.

If you’re passionate about cocktails, fast-paced hospitality and creating an awesome experience for guests, we want to hear from you.

What we’re looking for

• Proven cocktail bartending experience — essential
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and cocktail techniques
• Confidence working a busy service and managing multiple orders
• Excellent speed, accuracy and attention to detail
• Great customer service and communication skills
• A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Someone who can work independently while being a great team player
• High standards of bar presentation, cleanliness and organisation
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts

The role

You’ll be responsible for delivering consistently excellent cocktails and drinks while providing warm, engaging service to our guests.

You’ll need to be comfortable working under pressure, maintaining quality during busy periods, and bringing energy and personality to the bar.

This is not an entry-level position — previous cocktail bartending experience is essential.

Why O.G.B?
